  • Spirit: Helping a friend, meditation, prayer

Materials:

  • Self-Care Plan worksheet
  • Colored pencils
  • Crayons

Description:  Allow the group time to create their own self-care plan based on some of the ideas the group brainstormed.

Activity Wrap Up Ideas: Invite the group members to share their plans and encourage other group members to add to their own plan if they learn ideas from others. Talk about how and when they might incorporate these ideas into their day. Are each of the areas balanced? How do they think these will be helpful for them? Alternate Option: This activity can be done as a group on a large piece of paper or white board.
